Not far from Madrid, Spain is San Lorenzo de El Escorial.   A town located at the foot of the Abantos mountain. As a child I spent my summers in this town.  This book shows hand drawings by Félix Bernardino as well as some of my photographs and Cristina Jarquin Sesma's writings.
The studio is named "Moon Hours" to reflect the time of day I typically work on art projects. I just started this blog area of my site so more content coming soon.
A book project in collaboration with FĂ©lix Bernardino to showcase his drawings of the Monastery located in San Lorenzo de El Escorial.

Moon Hours: "Monasterio" New Book Project

Not far from Madrid, Spain is San Lorenzo de El Escorial.   A town located at the foot of the Abantos mountain. As a child I spent my summers in this town.  This book shows hand drawings by Félix Bernardino as well as some of my photographs and Cristina Jarquin Sesma's writings.

The drawings are printed on handmade paper.

The small book edition was produced completely in the studio.

The book consists of 2 sections.  Section I contains Fleix's drawings and Section II has Cristina's writings and some of my images.
